Chicago, Illinois (November 5, 2019) – Traverse Pointe Partners (“Traverse”), a private equity firm focused on the lower middle market, is pleased to announce that it has acquired Small Miracles (“Small Miracles” or the “Company”), a leading multi-location daycare and early education provider, operating several locations across Arizona. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
