Chicago, Illinois (January 25th, 2021) Traverse Pointe Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm, is pleased to announce that its portfolio company, Small Miracles, a leading early education provider with multiple locations across Arizona, has acquired an additional Nationally Accredited early education center – Imagination Childcare (“Imagination”). Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
