Traverse Pointe Partners makes control investments in lower middle-market companies headquartered in North America.
We believe in a culture of partnership and collaboration. To that end, we are disciplined and focus exclusively on opportunities where we can live up to our end of the partnership; enhancing value and helping businesses maximize their potential. Our team has a unique breadth of experience across a number of industry verticals allowing us to look at an array of sectors. From a financial perspective, we focus on fundamentally sound opportunities in the lower middle market (which we define as up to $6 million of EBITDA).
