Traverse Pointe Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm, is pleased to announce that its portfolio company, Small Miracles, a leading early education provider with multiple locations across Arizona, has acquired two additional early education centers – Quality Interactive Montessori Schools (“QI Montessori”). Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
