Chicago, IL – Traverse Pointe Partners (“Traverse”), a private equity firm focused on the lower middle-market, is pleased to announce the beginning of its seventh platform investment with Soma Therapy, LLC (“Soma” or the “Company”). Soma – led by Chief Executive Officer, Jenny Helms-Calvin – is a leading outpatient mental health provider, operating in six locations in the Greater Wichita area. The Company is a full-service mental health provider that works with adults, children, couples, and families. Soma’s services include therapy services and psychiatric medication management. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
