Traverse Pointe Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm, is pleased to announce that its portfolio company, Integrated Health Systems, a specialized provider of information technology managed services in the post-acute healthcare market has acquired – ProviNET Solutions, a premier information technology solutions provider that delivers comprehensive services for organizations large and small. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
